Exchange policy Spain (Peninsula)

The first exchange is free for Spain (Peninsula) and you can manage it here.

Another option is to make the exchange in our physical shop in Valladolid.

You have 30 calendar days to make the exchange.

IMPORTANT: Wrap the product securely, preferably in the same bag you received them in, but if you do not keep the bag, in any other bag or box, but always without damaging the product and closed securely.

As soon as we receive them and check their condition (unused, just as you received them), we will send you the new size.

Accessories, such as the Universal Protector or socks, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return policy Spain (Peninsula)

Returns have a cost of 3,50€ with home collection and 3€ with delivery in a post office for Spain (Peninsula) and you can manage it here.

Returns to the physical shop are free of charge.

The final amount paid for the products will be refunded, except for the ‘Shipping costs’ and the ‘Return’ costs.

You have 30 calendar days to make the return.
