Returns and exchanges

In accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the buyer has a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract, without stating the reasons. It is a prerequisite that both the packaging and the product are in perfect condition, have not been tampered with, do not have defects or damage by external events or other circumstances that result in the impairment of the product, especially the opening of the container.

If there is any problem in your shipment, open box and / or damaged in transport must indicate such an incident at the time of receipt of the order by the carrier and must communicate as soon as possible the incident in your order, you can do so via email info@fooga.es indicating the problem and your order number.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact FOOGA, through the address info@fooga.es , providing your name, address, purchased product and date of receipt, which, if appropriate, and after verifying that the good has not suffered damage, the refund of the amount paid for the product will be made, except for shipping costs.

The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and invoice issued to FOOGA.

Size changes.

From January 4, 2020, the costs of return and shipping of the new product/s you want to change in all orders in peninsular territory, will be borne by Fooga (the first change). In this way, Fooga will assume the costs of the first size or model change for Spain, Iberian Peninsula. If you need a second change of size or model, it will be the customer who must bear the cost of returning and shipping a new product. Excluded from this policy are accessories and socks that cannot be returned or exchanged. For international shipments, the customer will be responsible for the costs of size exchange.

In the case of returns, the final amount paid for the products will be refunded, except for the "Shipping costs".

In any case, the products to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, in order to avoid transport problems, please make sure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check its condition. As soon as we check that they are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to exchange or return them.
