SHIPPING COSTS
- Spain, Iberian Peninsula EXPRESS 3€ (48/72h) and FREE from 80€.

- Spain, Iberian Peninsula SUPEREXPRESS 4,50€ (24h).

- Balearic Islands 10€ and FREE from 100€.

- Rest of Europe 5€ (3 - 4 days) and FREE from 100€.

DELIVERY TIMES
All orders received before 13:00, will be delivered in less than 72h for Peninsula and Portugal.

For other destinations the delivery time will be 3-4 days.

These delivery times may be altered on specific dates such as Black Friday, Christmas or sales.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Amex, etc...) by PayPal and Apple Pay.

SIZE EXCHANGE
The first change is free for Spain (Peninsula) and you can manage it here.

For the rest (Balearic Islands and Europe), we do not make exchanges, you will have to make a return and a new purchase.

Another option is to make the exchange in our physical shop in Valladolid.

You have 30 calendar days to make the exchange.

IMPORTANT: Wrap the product securely, if possible in the same bag you received them in, but if you do not keep the bag, in any other bag or box, but always without damaging the product and closed securely.

As soon as we receive them and check their condition (unused, just as you received them), we will send you the new size.

RETURNS
Returns from 25 October 2023 will cost 3,50€ for home Pick-up and 3€ for delivery at a post office in Spain (Peninsula) and can be managed it here.

Returns to the physical shop are free.

For the rest (Balearic Islands and Europe), they must be sent at the customer's expense to the following address: TIENDA FOOGAPLAN, CALLE CÁNOVAS DEL CASTILLO 7, 47002 VALLADOLID, SPAIN.

The final amount paid for the products will be refunded, except for the "Shipping costs" and "Return costs".

You have 30 calendar days to make the return.

IMPORTANT: Wrap the product securely, if possible in the same bag you received them in, but if you do not keep the bag, in any other bag or box, but always without damaging the product and closed securely.

As soon as we receive them and check their condition (unused, just as you received them), we will reimburse you, which can take up to 7 days.

Your Fooga will last a long time:

Ideally, you should use our Universal Protector, as it is a waterproofing agent that prevents the transfer of water to the inside of your SERRAJE shoes.

It repels dirt, without altering the original colors or the natural characteristics of the leather and does not hinder perspiration.

Ok, you haven't bought the Universal Protector and your Fooga have been stained:

1.-Simply use a soft bristle brush and gently scrub the area you want to clean. Don't even think about machine washing or drying your shoes! Treat them with love.

2.-Shape above all else! Dry your Fooga at room temperature. A trick is to stuff them with paper so they don't lose their shape. During drying, you can change the paper from time to time. And NO! Applying direct heat is not a shortcut ♥

T-shirts, sweatshirts and socks.

We recommend washing at 30ºC.
